Ace & Tate launches their first ever film campaign ‘come as you are’. The eyewear brand’s inaugural multi-channel campaign boasts another first with Lotte van Raalte venturing in to the world of video, having directed two short films to support the campaign. Setting the mood for their new visual brand direction, ‘come as you are’ features a group of upcoming Amsterdam-based creatives, intimately shot by our very own Lotte. Putting the spotlight on people and real-life stories is not new to Lotte, who’s always had a very human-centred approach, being inspired by capturing authentic, genuine characters. When the opportunity presented itself to dive head first into directing, she beautifully managed to stay true to her visual DNA and signature in this new format.

Lotte van Raalte is a constant observer driven by a sincere curiosity and remarkable empathy. It’s with this approach that Lotte achieves her intimate and crisp compositions, firmly encapsulating her unique gaze in her pictures.
